The R&D manager of ECP, David Cheung, has been invited to a conference on standardization organised by ASPEC on 9 November 2017 at Paris, France, dealing with standards applying in clean rooms.
David spoke about the standard ISO 14644 – part 13 – that is about surface cleaning. New tendencies and specific exemples as well as cleaning validation steps have been presented.
